Agadir: Paradise Valley

   Paradise Valley

Paradise Valley is problematic to describe as it is not so much on a particular site as a journey through the different large-scale scenery and sites. Physically and Paradise Valley occupies Valley Tamrhakht within the Western Atlas Ali.

Most visitors to Paradise Valley travel onwards from palm groves and valleys of the river Tamrhakht up into the mountains towards Imouzzer. The names of these and other villages differ depending on who you are or where you receive directions. This disparity also applies to the names of the valleys, the distance estimates, and schedules for the transfer of the bus, and of course the cost to get there and back. Getting to Paradise Valley and the mountains requires further than renting a car or major collective taxis. The latter is much cheaper, more complicated than that, and usually more fun. A seat in the grand taxi collective common from Agadir take you 10 kilometers north along the coast to Ourir, at a cost of AED 5. Ourir are dusty chaotic city that is the gateway to this part of the High Atlas Mountains, through which you must travel to reach the Paradise Valley. You will need to for taxis in other major collective Ourir transfer. Expect to pay in the range of AED 25 each to get to Paradise Valley and about 50 dirhams to go as far as Imouzzer. Be aware that not only the price varies according to the distance, but also the destination, day, and time of day you want to travel. Ourir working around the clock Berbers from the mountains, and when it gets dark taxis will not go anywhere. If you are going to visit Paradise Valley by public transport, then you should be prepared to spend the night there in a hotel in order to experience anything other than the tension and frustration. Drive through Ourir always somewhat chaotic with parking cars parked, or departing from-front food stalls, all this interspersed with kids on bicycles riding around in traffic, sometimes with old CDs glued to a piece of the background fabric ingenious as reflectors . The Spice Girls ... after they were famous! Upon leaving the road leading from the town along the valley dry arid somewhat, and described. This approach to Paradise Valley is not yet very impressive, unless equivalent paradise on the moon.
